Jonathan was asked to become a member of Zeus this year as a dignitary - the Mystic Krewe of Zeus to be specific. This is actually the only krewe in Hattiesburg - very unlike the Coast where there are so many. I certainly miss my ladies on the Coast. I am a member of the Krewe of Athena but have been inactive the past couple years due to kiddos. Maybe next year I'll be able to get back in the mix and drive down for practices! Tough!!
My Mom came in town to watch the kiddos all weekend. SO. NICE. She got up with Les and Ceci Sat and Sun morning, so Jonathan and I could sleep in. Jonathan and I were beyond lazy on Saturday. How my Mom watched both kids and did laundry for me, I'll never know. Superwoman.

The theme of Zeus this year was "Wizard of Oz" and all the dignitaries dress in costume and do silly things on stage. Jonathan was the apple throwing tree. He did great!!!;) And boy did he have fun!
