Camp - Strong River!!

Joe and a few of his buddies went to Strong River for 3 nights this summer. Easing into things for just a couple nights..! It is only about an hour away too which is also nice. He loved it! And he wants to go to Alpine for their jr camp next summer.

Camp Shocco - 2023!!

Ceci LOVED Camp Shocco! It's a camp put on through the church and is such a sweet and fun group. I am so excited she loves it so much and I hope she'll want to continue this camp every summer! I'm so proud of her!

World Series - Gulfport, MS!

Les and his 10U Bulls team played in a world series in Gulfport as a "warm up" before going to Pigeon Forge. And they WON!!! Took home the gold. We were so proud of them, and Les played great!!!

I took Joe, Colton, Les and Carey down to Gulfport early that morning for the water park (on my birthday:))! It was a fun time. And it wore those two out!!

Savannah Bananas!!!

This was SUCH a blast! A highlight of the summer! We drove to Birmingham to see this game then flew out the next day for Big Cedar Lodge for a week. The Savannah Bananas are a fun team similar to the Harlem Globetrotters in basketball. Super fun, silly BUT still amazing, professional athletes!

Orientation and First Day!! 7th Grade, 5th Grade, 3rd Grade

Well... epic fail on getting a good pic of the kiddos together on the first day of school. I've been getting some push back re walking in the school with them or any type of "being extra." So, here we go... the best I got from orientation and the first day of school! And did I mention... Ceci is at the HIGH SCHOOL??!??! Cue the TEARS!!!!!

Duhon Wiffle Tourney 2023 - Les Turns 11!!!

The weather in South MS has been absolutely terrible!! SOOOO HOT! It's been insane. But that doesn't stop birthday parties!! The show must go on! We had Les' 11th birthday party at OG Optimist Park after school on a Friday afternoon. We had 26 boys show up, and I "think" they had a good time.... regardless of the extreme heat. 

We are so proud of our sweet, handsome Les!!

After the party, Carey and Walker stayed the night. We ding dong'd ditched (got caught more than once) then hopped into the neighborhood pool after hours (and also got caught!!:)). They have a long way to go on being sneaky, lol!
