Jonathan and I took a quick date night to New Orleans and visited some of our favorites spots, old and new! One of our new favorites will be Carollton Market to see our chef bestie, Justin Ferguson, doing his thing! He recently moved from Hattiesburg as a chef at Purple Parrott to a chef at Carrollton Market in NOLA. We went for brunch and it was absolutely DELISH! We will definitely be back. The other chef featured in this picture (we found out after the meal) is the owner of the restaurant and was selected as Chef of the Year in New Orleans by "Best of Dining New Orleans" magazine for 2017. Way to go!! I believe it! This cuisine was impressive and oh so yummy!!!
